Ideal! Exact size

Perfect! Exact size, used several times and works perfectly. If it helps, drill the starting hole with a #31 drill bit, then use that and you'll have a good press fit for the 1/8" dowel pin.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Don't remember

Still sharp and drills great.

Using a little tap magic, drill holes with a #31 (.120) drill bit, then drill with this bit to perfectly fit the 1/8 inch rod. Have done this 24 times in aluminum and the drill stays sharp as always.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Hardware

When I first used it, I accidentally started it.

The first time I used it, I accidentally ran into a block of wood that went under my drill press. The depth of cut was 1/8 inch or more and it was not damaged and the four aluminum pieces were drilled accurately with no chatter.

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • Very Expensive
