Superb Well Made Hard Wearing Chairs

Well made heavy duty chairs. Great chairs for the price. I was a carpenter and I can say with confidence that these chairs will last as long as you want them to. All are solid wood. Connecting is easy. The construction uses more than enough bolts and screws to make it strong and stable. You won't regret buying them.

Great replacement chairs, we had no problems installing or breaking them

We bought 4 of these chairs to replace some of the older similar chairs. They were easy to assemble, they even sit on the floor and look very nice. I like them better than the chairs that came with the table. Do not overtighten the screws or problems may arise if the tree is not properly planted or split. We used them daily, we bought a few of these and they are still tough. For the price they are very good.

Good enough for the price, but the cushions are firm

I ordered two pairs of these soft seating tables to match my existing table. The packaging was very stable, nothing was crumpled during transport. The chairs themselves look good and are fairly easy to assemble. I didn't expect super luxury for the price, but the soft seat is very hard! I don't feel like returning those bulky boxes, so I keep them to myself, but I'm hoping they soften over time or I'll have to take them apart again to improve cushioning. Nice sturdy chairs!

Good strong chairs. They look good, the black lacquered finish is subtle and complete. They have a nice, wide, comfy seat with a slightly curved shape and won't tip over, which is good if you have or are worried about small children. The rear slates are rounded, making them a little more comfortable than they look. It's a bit of a pain to assemble but honestly better than other similar chairs I've bought before. I'm glad I took the opportunity to purchase these chairs

Was careful when ordering these chairs - until they arrived via UPS, packaged very well, no missing pieces, no dents, drips of glue or paint and easy to follow instructions. An assembly tip: start by hand tightening all the screws and use a screwdriver to lightly tighten the foot subframe screw, then rotate the chair to an upright position and first tighten the 2 screws in the center of the seat, then pull Tighten the rear corner screw set to the opposite front leg. Good product when assembled correctly, terrible customer service

I ordered 2 sets of chairs with a short break between orders (1 month). One set was almost perfect, no issues other than the legs were slightly different lengths so the chairs were off the floor. Not a big deal so I decided to order another set. For the second time East West Furniture did not deliver the goods to me for some reason, although there were no problems with the delivery of the first set. I contacted them and they just said it was too expensive for me. That was it, I wasn't given any
