Hitch issue solved

I carry a 900lb hitch and my 5000lb trailer bounced when starting, stopping, up and down. This simple clamp solved that problem. It's difficult to calculate the improved "safety" but drivability is greatly improved.

Works great for outdoor accessories

I fitted a hitch mount to the back of my RV and it moved a lot more than I wanted. When I was researching trailer hitch tensioners, I came across this one. I decided to place an order and I was happy with the result. My hitch carrier is now rock solid.

Stops rattling. Best exterior accessory

Washers did not fit properly on knurled round bar. I sanded the washers around the edge to form a D for a better fit. It's more expensive than other options, but I like the idea of using round contact points to prevent sharp edges from cutting into painted surfaces or coatings. If you install it with the threads and nuts facing up, you'll see what you do with the wrench when you install or remove it. This is a ferrous material, so it may rust over time, but for a long time if taken care of. It…
