If you love hammers you'll love this one:

So I'm more than an Estwing fanatic - I've lost count of how many of their hammers I have. This is at least a dozen different models and styles. I *LOVE* this hammer! It's so easy to hit with a hammer *FUN*! Of course, if you want to smash something, this isn't the right tool for the job, but seriously, for over $100, who would use this hammer for a job this rough? I have (a few) other hammers that I use for stuff like this. The point is, if you love hammers, you'll love this one too. Estwing…

Great product made in the USA!

It hammers nails very well, has a large head that is a short distance (compared to what I'm used to) from the handle so hammering toenails in the inner corner takes some time getting used to, even the claws are a bit small. Works well for pistol nails and 8d, but a 16d hand crank is hard to grab when the nail head is closer than 1/2 the stock. I also wish the claw was a little more curved for leverage, and it rolls around in my pockets as the tool claw rubs hard on my pocket. Nice and powerful…

Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other pickaxes

The best hammer among the claw hammers

This is the best hammer for driving nails. The wider area on the head allows for a firm hammering of scraps and other wood without the use of a small block of wood. The precise feel of the strike allows you to drive nails into hard-to-reach places, e.g. B. between beams. It is very light and fits perfectly in the hand. That being said, it's a bit overpriced and doesn't lend itself well to leverage, like trying to pull a post or beam with tons of force, since it's made of aircraft-grade…
