has been replaced by GE and replaced with this beauty. It's over $1,000 on Frigidaire's website. The only thing that didn't make a huge difference was that it tends to be just over 30 inches. We had to hire a professional to cut the Zodiaq tabletop 1/8″ off both sides to fit the unit. Other than that, this is an AMAZING purchase.

This is the second identical hob I have ordered. The second fell. Maybe the third will be a spell? The packaging on this item is terrible and I expect they will all arrive in pieces. This is a question of principle! Unfortunately it's the perfect size and design so I'm hoping to use it someday if it arrives undamaged.

Works well so far. Installed in just a week. The packaging was terrible. It was sent in a very large piece of cardboard that was taped together. There were two flat pieces of styrofoam on top of the box that weren't even secured in the box. There was no packaging for attaching the hob in the box. Luckily it wasn't damaged.

This is a nice hob. It turned out a little bigger than expected, I had to cut a big hole. I'm not complaining, everything is perfect. It created a hot spot if the hot pan was left on the eye, but shone through with the cleaner that came with the hob. It heats up quickly and cooks great. Worth every penny. I only paid $640. The price rose as soon as the stimulus checks came out. So you could wait and get an even better deal.
