Description of 🐶 The Honest Kitchen Whole Food Clusters: Human Grade Dry Dog Food with Cage Free Chicken, Turkey, and Ranch Raised Beef

WORLD’S FIRST HUMAN GRADE DRY DOG FOOD: Most pet food is something called ‘feed grade.’ Whole Food Clusters are the world’s first human grade dry food — made with 100% human grade ingredients and produced in a human food facility. That means higher quality ingredients and more safety standards, just like you’d expect from your own food!. SUITABLE FOR PUPPIES & ADULT DOGS: Complete & Balanced nutrition for adult dogs and puppies of all breeds and sizes, including large breed puppies, as well as adult mothers (gestation/lactation). PREMIUM NUTRITION: Clusters are thoughtfully prepared using human grade muscle meat & liver, low glycemic carbs, beneficial fats & live probiotics; cold pressed into delicious, bite-size, ready-to-eat pieces. MINIMALLY PROCESSED: Clusters are made by mixing small batches of fresh ingredients, cold pressing them into bite-sized clusters, and then gently slow roasting and dehydrating them to maintain the nutrients, aroma and taste of whole foods. WE SAY NO TO: This recipe contains no feed grade ingredients, meat meals, fillers, GMO ingredients, artificial flavors or artificial preservatives.

Includes eggs in meal

I was really hoping you would like it as it has a good price compared to Canidae. Unfortunately I didn't see any eggs in the ingredients because I had to use the reviewer's photos to read them. Dog food ingredients should ALWAYS be part of the description. Not listing the ingredients is a mistake that deserves two stars. I hope my photo helps someone else who has a dog with a severe chicken allergy who can't eat eggs. As I said, my older dog loves it. He is twelve years old and has become more…

Pros
  • PREMIUM NUTRITION: The clusters are carefully crafted from human-grade muscle mass and liver, low-glycemic carbohydrates, healthy fats and live probiotics; cold-pressed into tasty, small, ready-to-eat pieces.
Cons
  • Little things

TIP: The £1 bag includes a $5 coupon for a full-size bag in-store!

Pellet Size: Standard but softer to the touch making it easier for dogs to chew than regular extruded pellets. My picky little dog prefers chicken/duck meat over beef, so I'm guessing he likes birds over land animals. She also doesn't like kibble enough to work for him so I have to give her a small piece for him to eat. I've tried many brands but the one I (she) went with beforehand was Stella and Chewy's raw coated chicken feed (little dog). My dog food budget is quite high because I threw…

Pros
  • MINIMAL PROCESSING: Clusters are made by blending small batches of fresh ingredients, cold pressing into small clusters, and then gently roasting and slowly dehydrating to preserve the nutrients, aroma and flavor of whole foods.
Cons
  • No Edition

Disappointing ingredients - not what I expect from Honest Kitchen

I was excited to try this new dish from Honest Kitchen. They've always been a trusted brand but to be honest after reading the ingredients list I wouldn't feed this to my dog. Maybe a tidbit here and there, but there are way too many carbs for a good dog diet. Before I feed anything to my dog, I will read the ingredients list. The first ingredient is great. Turkey. After that comes the descent. The next four ingredients are potatoes, peas, lentils and carrots. Too much starch for my dog. Then…

Pros
  • SUITABLE FOR PUPPIES AND ADULTS: Complete and balanced nutrition for adult dogs and puppies of all breeds and sizes, including large breed puppies, and adult mothers (during the gestation/lactation period).
Cons
  • Nothing here
