I was in a hurry to get a closed sandal suitable for kindergarten. They arrived and I thought they looked too wide but they are not at all and my little girl loves them. They are very, very beautiful! Much nicer than her photos. The rubber sole is well made and the leather straps are soft; wide enough to protect the toes but thin enough to allow the shoe to breathe. I wish the rubber outsole was a little lighter but they aren't very heavy just for my taste. It will definitely last longer than cheap lightweight plastic.
