I really wanted an Armstrong wall base but couldn't find it. I chose this product. Adhesion isn't the best, but it gives you a good head start. Be prepared to cover some areas with adhesive silicone. Make sure the area you apply to is clean and free of dust or dirt for better adhesion. The product is flexible and sufficiently adheres to corners. Used in basement bathroom. Tiled floors, plasterboard walls. I unfolded the product and left it for more than a month. I peeled off the paper backing and pressed it against the wall. The vinyl just peeled off the wall everywhere. The glue was sticky enough, but it may have been specially formulated to stick to skin, which it did pretty well, allowing me to apply the glue to other items. I have been buying most of my home furnishings from Revain a few years ago and this is my first time leave a detailed evaluation just because it is a very bad product design.1. I'm giving an overall rating of 3 stars because it works. Contrary to what other reviews say, I had no problem flattening it.2. Length is a big issue. I only need 1 foot of this material but I had to buy a whole 20 foot box.3. The grip is terrible! I wish there wasn't any glue in it. Glue doesn't work at all, just sticks
