Perfect for my needs! I have been looking for a small double sided mirror with 10x magnification for my vacation for a long time and this is exactly what I was looking for. So reasonably priced and exactly as advertised.

I broke another mirror and ordered this one. I am happy with the purchase. And I'm less likely to knock it over or drop it because it has a kickstand. Just the right magnification, no intimidating images. Well, it's a little scary.

Both sides of the mirror are so sharp and clear it's like looking at your own double up close. The increase is no joke. If you don't want to take a close look at pores and hair follicles, you can opt for 5-8x magnification instead (that's way too much magnification for things like makeup application). But the extreme close-up vision is exactly what we wanted, so we're completely satisfied with this item.

This would be a nice addition to my bathroom but very poorly made. The normal side at 1x is good, but if you turn it to 10x the image gets very blurry. Not to mention that my picture was upside down! It's quite difficult to do anything when my chin is where my forehead should be in the reflection. I do not recommend. It's cheap, which is good, but you get what you pay for and in this case it's a poorly made product.

This is a good mirror, 1x magnification is clear and quite usable. I was not prepared for the fact that the 10x magnification is very difficult to use. High zoom shows the reflection on the head until you bring it very close to your face when it tilts to the right and is very blurry for me. We did a little research and found that the physics of reflection does this at 10x magnification. Had I known that, I would have looked for 2x or 3x magnification.

I don't really like this mirror. Mine was better but had to be replaced. I think I need to add rubber feet to the bottom. but the swivel is also too loose. Rotation also creaks. it's a very high pitched sound, like nails on a board. hey but the mirror aspect of the mirror works well. 10x or whatever on one side, a normal normal face on the other. I think if you don't move it at all and it stands still, it can work normally. but if you need to move and adjust it a lot, get something else.

This small, sturdy mirror is perfect for a bathroom table or vanity. An acrylic frame is also great for wet or damp areas like a bathroom, as you don't have to worry about rusting or deterioration of the finish like you would with a metal frame. So why the 2 star rating? Unfortunately, a 10x magnification results in a very distorted image.
