Worth the cost. in Tripods & Monopods

As others have pointed out, it's a bit flimsy. I have to be careful with him. But at $90 vs $650, Vinten wants to replace the same version of the spreader, I can afford to disassemble it a few times.

Large Tripod Spreader

There are no complaints about this spreader. I bought this straight after the spacers that came with my Manfrotto proved useless. Life saving, now my set up and break times are quick and easy. Happy with this product.

Pros
  • Tripod Legs
Cons
  • Angry

It's okay. Requirement for the tripod(s) for which it is intended. A tripod I have, the legs just move the way it was designed which is a plus in many cases outdoors but indoors it sucks, slips on the floor and the spikes can actually scratch the floor if you don't pay attention. Enter this spreader. Well don't come in sure my tripod came with it but I lost them and had to buy this one. I mean does it cost $91? No, but it's Manfrotto and it's my hobby: nothing cheap, but worth it.

Pros
  • Tripods and monopods
Cons
  • May hurt
