The rings are very tight.

Firstly, the picture is not representative. Mine came with a gray mechanism and gray rings. never mind But I couldn't get the rings off the thing. I had to clamp it in a vise with protective polymer inserts and unscrew it with a pipe wrench, and even that isn't easy. I've been using newborn caulking guns for years and this is the first time I've come across it. I wish it came with the black rings they used. Now that I've taken them off I can't put them back on without much resistance and they…

Well done. - Hand Tool

After unboxing this pistol I was impressed. The design has been improved and the trigger and stock are very smooth. The quality appears to be on par with much more expensive sausage guns sold in specialty stores. I like how it works with both sausage and 10 ounce cartridges, although I already have pistols with 10 and 32 ounce cartridges. An extra pressure plate for bulk shots is a nice feature too, although I'll probably only ever use this gun with sausage packs. The real test will be when I…

Strictly Sausage Gun

I bought it to use mainly loose and random sausages, I had everything set to work with loose sausages during the day but I needed to change sausages no problem me just need a screwdriver. Pressed about 10 sausages worked perfectly without any problems. My lovely new gun cleaned and done for today, had to go back to work the next day with no major problems to break the screwdriver.
