The barcode at the bottom of the box is covered with a label that says it removes seven times more plaque. Other information says it was copyrighted in 2016. This Philips product met my expectations. It has very good battery life, doesn't make a lot of noise and is gentle on the teeth. It stops automatically after the required cleaning time has elapsed. The only thing to watch out for is when you clean your brush. Toothpaste can get caught between the brush head and the main body. If you remove the head you can see a small soft circle which I assume is plastic. Make sure you don't damage these as this will stop your electric toothbrush from working.
