My budgie has never complained about these feeders. She's never complained about anything, so it's not surprising. But I have no complaints either. You are pretty cute. After putting her in her cage, I caught her bathing in her water bowl, which she had never done before. She was obviously very excited about this, jumping around the cage and coming back again and again to splash around. I would call it a glowing review.

The trays are good and profitable. The reason for the 3 stars overall instead of 4 is so don't let the picture fool you. I have a lens hood and the aspect ratio of the image is reversed. A bird is the size of bowls, and bowls are the size of birds. It is convenient for her to have 2 different types of food in the cage but no bowl of water. My bird loves to climb into the bowl and bathe. He wouldn't put his chest, let alone his whole body, on a plate.

I ordered 3 sets. Before buying, I made sure that there were 2 bowls and two brackets with each purchase. However, when they arrived I only received 3 bowls, although the quantity was clearly stated on the packaging: 2 pcs. Absolutely disappointing in that regard. It took me a while to write this review as I work the night shift. This is my only complaint. The bowls are sturdy, the mounts are good and my bird loves them. But I had to go to the local pet store to buy the other 3 missing shells…

Bought based on reviews and bowl depth. We have budgies, 5 of which are babies and the depth of the bowl is perfect for their not so perfect balance. Because the bowls are not that deep, the younger ones can stand on the feed mix and eat without falling over. I was concerned about the one screw design compared to some of the two screw mounts, but they were solid and didn't move (didn't rotate sideways) like I thought they would. Received 2 sets of bird feeders today. I have 4 plates and ZERO braces! And as if that wasn't enough, someone DRILLED HOLES IN THE SHELL and put a screw in the hole so I could attach it to my bird cage!?! This is a joke?!? So I bought them for my cockatiel. This is great because the cups are detachable from the clamp holders. However, the clamp mounts leave a lot to be desired. The food and water sides of my birdcage have horizontal bars and are about as wide as the metal brackets. The clips don't adjust directionally so I have one piece that is horizontal and to make it fit I had to rotate the other vertically and angle it to stay in place.
