Decent product: Van Parts & Accessories

Cleaned everything but black hiking shoe marks surprisingly well. It's made for EPDM sheets and the price reflects that, but I still prefer it to "homemade" mixes just because there's too much hand-wringing about turning a 15-year-old EPDM roof into a 10-year-old Roof transformed and what not.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Concise instructions

It might work in Cleaners

I was a little unsure how well this would work. There was quite a bit of tree sap, dry leaves, and other debris on the roof of May's camper. To my surprise, this product worked very well. Don't expect a perfect white top when you're done. But considering where I started, I was very satisfied. I used a soft nylon brush to apply the product and the results were pretty good.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Easy to use and clean

Easy to use product. I used it to clean the roof of a 40ft RV I just bought that the previous owner had never cleaned in 12 years. Without much scrubbing of juice, blackheads and algae, everything came off without much effort. The roof is like new again. I will definitely continue to buy this brand whenever I need to clean my roof. Note that it's biodegradable, making it a lot easier without harsh chemicals. I didn't need gloves, mask or protective gear to use this.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors are here

Highly recommended !

Very good product. I just did a roof on my 2016 5th wheel yesterday. After parking near some trees, my roof gets dirty. This stuff really helps get rid of blackness and dirt. This works better than anything I've tried before. Plan to wash your rig after use as it will leave streaks on your rig and windows, not just from a hose. For stubborn stains I found a second deep cleaning application. After hosing down and removing the area, I simply sprayed some on the roof and used a medium bristled…

Pros
  • Solid construction
Cons
  • Damaged

Does a great job keeping my trailer rubber roof looking new

Does a great job keeping my trailer rubber roof looking new. My trailer is over 3 years old and the roof looks crisp white and as new as the day I bought it. In addition to cleaning, this product provides UV protection to the roofing material to protect it from sun damage. I apply it to the roof twice a year with a car wash brush (soft) and bucket: in the fall before trailer storage and again in the spring when preparing for the new touring season. I park my trailer outdoors uncovered under…
