Poor assembly parts

This is a gift for my 2 year old granddaughter. Easy to assemble, but the screws that come with the assembly are cheap and dangerous. The screw heads pop out causing the horse to fall apart. Bolts and nuts must be provided for assembly, not cheap bolts.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Some small things

Do not do this for tricycles, scooters and vans

BOLTS Broken The main bolts holding the base of the rider covers broke during assembly. 5 of 8 screws broke off. Had to contact Ace hardware to replace some good screws. Also, the pony's mane was terrible. It is rare and fails. Everything is done very cheaply.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Clarity

Both horses I bought were defective.

Bought two of these and returned them before giving up and looking for another model. The audio didn't work on any of them; only made a loud screech, and the sound of the gallop was interrupted without reason. Too bad it was poorly made because my niece loved it and would have kept it if it had actually worked.

Pros
  • Ease of use
Cons
  • Some cons

Comes with missing parts

Stock item from Revain so maybe not the manufacturers fault (but who knows) but is missing two different parts needed for assembly. The quality isn't the same as the radio flyer we bought next - much cheaper and inferior materials are used (more malleable, with fewer parts on the horse etc.).

Pros
  • Good price
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled

MANY MISSING PARTS: Hubcaps

Bought for granddaughter's birthday. It arrived two days before her birthday but was missing EVERYTHING highlighted in the photo. Even when we went to the hardware store to replace all the nuts, bolts, washers, etc., it was also missing carrots and a comb that couldn't be replaced. She was very disappointed. No local shops carry the swing hardest.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Negative gift

Don't waste money! There are cheaper models!

Overpriced thing that literally lasts a month. The protection over the feathers doesn't last long and the muzzle (should move) doesn't do anything and the horse started acting pursued and activated gallop sounds at 2am when nobody touched it. Have changed batteries to realize only gallop works now and he has his own opinion. What a waste of $100+.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Easy to maintain
