Ideal for ceiling swing

I bought this product to make a swing for our son's room. We attached it to the joists and it really does its job. I have 2 left, but I already have ideas for them

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Concealable

U-bolts just the right size for my Chrysler 8.25

They were a little long for my XJ with rusty 3.5" leaf springs but can easily be cut off with an angle grinder. 6" might be too short for anything other than standard so just use a longer set to be on the safe side. Before installing I covered mine with anti-corrosion primer.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • old

Great but too long

I got this kit to replace the stock u-bolts on my 2000 XJ. They fit perfectly, but they're too long, so after tightening, I cut off almost 2 inches from the top. For some reason I can't add a photo here. The studs are taller than usual, which I noticed. All in all, everything is fine, in a month you need to twist everything.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Some minor things

PLEASE NOTE: Axis

If you have already converted your light from ballasts to LEDs and are replacing the existing LEDs, it is important to pay attention to the wiring. My old LEDs had the hot and neutral pins on the same end. They are hot at one end and neutral at the other. I don't know why it's different, but it's important. But I like the luminous flux, not sharp at all. Ideal for coated lights.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

The hardware looks good. Had to pull my axle to readjust and.

Suitable for my '99 Jeep Cherokee with Chrysler 8.25 rear axle. The hardware looks good. I had to pull the axle to reconfigure and change the disc brakes. Lift is Rusty's 3-inch spring pack. Wanted to use Rusty's U-Bolts again, but they wanted almost as much as U-Bolts to ship them. These u-bolts are too long for my application and need to be cut. but probably ok if you use blocks for lifting. They are about 1.5 cm longer. I'll probably use the extra length to try and add some sort of plate to…

Pros
  • Practical article
Cons
  • So far, so good
