Enough space for RAW+JPEG photos

I'm an amateur photographer and I'm learning about exposure and white balance. So being able to save both RAW and JPEG versions of my photos is great for learning. With 256 GB, I have enough space to experiment during my photo walk. Then I upload to my laptop to see how I did it. The writing speed on the card is excellent. So far I haven't noticed any noticeable lag. I don't shoot video so your mileage may vary.

Something is wrong with Samsung data

If it was just one card I wouldn't think about it but this is the third Samsung card in the last year (including micro SD cards) that either gives me grief inserted into my computer, or just didn't work at all. This card works in the camera I bought it for, but once installed in my computer it attempts to download the content, then stops near completion, then causes my browser window to close, then opens again as if I had pulled them out. and reinserted. None of my other cards do this, only the

I threw them away to buy computer accessories and peripherals

I bought this SA card thinking I would use it to renew my vows to my parents. I tried to format it with my pentax kx camera but it is SD card read error. I tried putting the mp3 file in, hoping it would work with multiple SD card readers and even my Macbook won't read this card, very disappointed. Glad I got my SanDisk as a backup mp3 for my car audio system. Hello or Miss, and unfortunately I drew a BAD CARD

Reliable even when used Pre-owned

I have used these cards in refurbished iPods - I removed the hard drive and replaced it with a flash memory card and one of those cards was loaded onto this card. Maps, which is more than enough for most people (18,000 tracks only fill about 60% of this map, and iTunes can't address much more than my model). The result was a lighter, faster, and more responsive iPod, and I needed a branded card to reliably hold the device after the restore. So far I have not been disappointed! I've used…
