Shark Rocket Vacuum Motorized Nozzle Review

The spiral winding of the hose is reversed as it should be screwed in. The hose is very hard. Seems oversized. I got it working, but definitely not a true factory replacement

Hose size was correct but coil pitch was not and was difficult to install. but it seems to be working fine. I hope that there will be a more suitable lower hose.

This hose doesn't quite fit, even though it claims to work! The installation took a lot of effort. The wire in the original acts like a thread, and the replacement is different and therefore requires extra effort.

This replacement tube is heavier than the original but the metal spool is not compatible with Shark Rocket 301 models See photo: The old tube (right) has a thinner spool. This replacement is not fueled properly.

So not perfect for Shark Rocket HV305 but I fitted it. This is a very tight fit as the ribs on the old hose were closer together. This tube was thicker and the fins were further apart. I managed to partially install it and now I'm using it. Will update in future if there are any problems or if it works fine.

Listed as compatible with our 'Shark' vacuum because we had a broken hose. When my husband went to install it, it was larger than the original and didn't fit in the vacuum head. He had to snap off a piece of the old one and basically settled for it until we were able to order it from the manufacturer's website. Just save the money and use it to buy the right thing.
