I give 5 stars for the sweet factor. Perfect for an elephant collector like me. But for a teapot suitable for everyday use, I only award 2 stars. "whistle" annoying. The water/steam flows through the spout to the hot glass burner during cooking. But it looks cute sitting on the stove.

I think it's a bit pricey for such a simple painting but the kettle works great. It hums when the water boils instead of whistling, which has nothing to do with an elephant sound. but we like it a lot more than the usual sound of a kettle. I was also surprised by the poor selection of elephant kettles on Amazon. Thank you Supreme Homeware!

We bought this kettle mainly because of its unusual appearance. It doesn't disappoint! A few pros and cons of this kettle: Pros: - We get loads of positive feedback from visitors who want to know where we got it from! - It has a nice, heavy, solid bottom that shouldn't warp. However, I will say that it does not whistle like a traditional kettle. Sounds like a harmonica that you can like or dislike. Cons: - You have to grab the lid's "tusks" to pour water.
