Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

Great lens! I really like! There was a little front focus. Corrected on the carcass in the settings. The weight is not like that of a half-ton from Nikon, but acceptable for me. It might seem heavy to some. Long wanted it. And now I am very glad that I have it!

Pros
  • Great portrait lens! beautiful bokeh! I shoot in tandem with the D7200.
Cons
  • There are none for me!

I didn³'t expect the quality to be this good.

But most of all I was struck by the level of service provided by Tamron. The lens, purchased in April last year, was found to have significant front focus. This shortcoming was eliminated by the Tamron service department in a few days. Moreover, delivery from Hong Kong to Hong Kong and back was made at the expense of the company. I have experience of contacting the service departments of other manufacturers of photographic equipment, but it was not like this, quickly, positively and…

Pros
  • Resolution, sharpness, stabilization, image quality - everything is really on top. Plus dust and moisture protection, 5 years warranty.
Cons
  • Not found

I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

Used on Nikon D750. Very good aperture, portraits are sharp and at the same time IMHO with "thoroughbred" bokeh. To my satisfaction, there were no errors in back / front focus from the word at all, I didn’t even have to correct on the carcass from 0. I think this speaks of the quality of its manufacture in general (it also feels monolithic and tactilely pleasant in the hands. After selling the D750 and switching to sony a7iii, now we use it on a new carcass through an adapter. Eye tracking and…

Pros
  • Excellent sharpness when shooting handheld, the work of the stabilizer affects. Nice art picture.
Cons
  • Large dimensions and high price, but this is a continuation of the advantages.
