Do as he said.

This $20 version versus Apple's $60 version seems comparable. They appear to be EXACTLY the same. . . none of them work for what i need. But everything about it seems to be in the right order. I was impressed with how quickly I received this after placing my order.

Ideal for presentations on the go.

I have two jobs and often need a USB for presentations. This USB is the perfect size. He like a scribe. It's easy to download presentations, films or whatever I want to take with me on the go. This is a quality product and a great price. I have used this several times since receiving it. Very happy with this product. I work two jobs and often need a USB for presentations. DisplayPort only (not for Thunderbolt monitors)

This works with the latest MacBooks but ONLY with DisplayPort monitors. 27-inch Thunderbolt Display requires $50 Apple Adapter: Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter

It works out. Read below.

This product works. A brand new 2019 MB Pro (with Touch Bar) connected to a legacy 30" cinema that uses Mini DisplayPort. This works because the product claims it works with Mini DisplayPort and NOT the newer (now old) Thunderbolt connection. My monitor requires a Mini DisplayPort + USB connection to work. I just plugged this new adapter into one of my new laptop's USB-C ports and connected the monitor's USB port to the USB-to-USB-C adapter that goes in one of the other USB-C ports C on my new…

worked fine with a 2010 27 " iMac

I have a Macbook Pro (15" 2017) and am using my iMac (27" Mid 2010) as the display. Plug in this USB-C adapter and that Display comes alive If you have an MBP and an iMac, this is for you.

Works great with my MacBook Pro 2018

I have a MacBook Pro 2018 and can use this mini displayport with it. This has made it much easier to create meeting presentations and project them onto a screen, rather than emailing files to everyone or printing them out before meetings. It saved me a lot of time and allowed me to be more professional, which is always welcome. It's not big and bulky and easily fits in the zip pocket of my laptop bag, well made and durable from what I've seen. I definitely recommend it as it works exactly as…

Perfect solution for 30 " Apple Cinema Display and MBP

Works perfectly with my 30" Apple Cinema Display and 15" MacBook Pro. Please note that you will also need an Apple Mini DisplayPort to dual link -Require DVI adapter to work properly Link DVI Adapter -> Apple Cinema Display

Fits two 27 2018 Apple Cinema Displays 15 " MBP Touch Bar

I have two 27" Apple Cinema Displays. — NOT APPLE THUNDERBOLT DISPLAY! I bought 2 of these adapters. I can now connect two Apple Cinema Displays directly to my 2018 15" MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and use my laptop as a third display.

Limited functionality on Mac OS 10.14

Doesn't recognize the "Increase Brightness" command in the OS control panel, but the 3rd party brightness slider menu works reasonably (increases the brightness of my Tbolt screen to full potential). It's a lot dimmer than my new Apple TBolt display, and I haven't compared it to a direct connection to an old laptop to see if it's display related or this connector related. I used expert calibration to add some contrast. Strangely works when using the calibration tool. But I am very happy that I…
