🪑 Tommy Bahama Solid Backpack Chair Review

I've always been a big fan of Tommy Bahama sunbeds. This one seems a little less durable than some others I've had but still far better than your standard beach chair. Would recommend anyway.

Great beach chair, folds easily and feels great. I like the function of the backpack with its large back pockets where you can put anything you might need. A cup holder and phone slot are also great additions. I'm really looking forward to taking advantage of this next beach day!

Back too low. If you are over 1.80m tall you probably won't be comfortable in this chair and the pillow will be useless as it sits around your neck. Also, this chair does not lie flat like other models from the same brand.

Probably should have looked at the properties. I was disappointed that this seat is low for the wing. From the picture I mistakenly thought it was closer to the height of a standard chair. I feel like an old baby admitting I have a hard time getting out of this chair because it's too low for my aching knees.

I like that it has a backpack and a large pocket. Side pocket with space for mobile phone and large zip - very nice. I bought this to replace an old Tommy Bahama backpacking chair that had zips for coolers etc. Unfortunately, the salty air rendered the zipper unusable after one season.

This chair is comfortable and looks well made. I wish the logo wasn't so prominent, but the other features were just what I wanted. One downside we found is that they aren't suited to flapping at the water's edge due to the straps dangling under the seat. Carrying it on your back for short distances is fine; Not sure if they are comfortable for a longer hike.

Looks good BUT. Cheap plastic. Handles and parts that allow you to tilt and fold the chair are made of thin plastic. When I sat on it for the first time, the plastic cracked and the chair no longer works. quality is so bad. Do yourself a favor and ignore TB Beachware. very cheap products. I'm amazed TB allowed this, it will ruin their image.
