These are adorable leggings that go with the dress. They are soft and elastic. I got a size bigger. The length was a size 7-8 leggings from a nationwide chain store. This is the best tutu skirt I have ever bought. The colors of the skirt are soft and muted. The petticoat is softly lined so that the tulle does not rub on the skin. I bought size 5 for my granddaughter and it fits well but I find it a bit short. (Mom thinks it's just right). You definitely need shorts or leggings for a young lady going into prep.
