I've been using this product for about 2 years and haven't had any annoying problems with the product itself. The hydraulic cleaner works great, as does the toothbrush. After 2 years of use, however, the battery no longer held a charge. I thought ok just change the battery and it will work again. I've been using this for about a month and have noticed some very positive things and some not so much. Since it has both a sonic toothbrush and a rinsing device, and they are separate in every way, I will address them individually. The toothbrush is durable and easy to use, with two "speeds" or vibration levels. The low speed is VERY slow and only suitable for very sensitive gums.
