I like that it's easy for customers to get in touch with our helpdesk, as well as easily tracking tickets from start till end. It also has great customer support which helps speed up resolution. The only thing i dislike about this product is their price range. Although you can afford any amount, but if your budget is low, then try other products first before purchasing this service.
