A very promising new platform that will offer low and stable transaction fees, fueled by "Minerva" and backed by a strong global developer community, working to ensure decentralization and fairness.

Pros

Is said to be fast and based on a revolutionary hybrid consensus protocol called "Minerva". It combines PBFT and fPoW and is highly scalable.

Cons

All these are claims, as you cannot yet register to the platform. They, however, have a GitHub repo. Hopefully, they will be up rise to the challenge.
