I thought cats bored the same thing so I wanted to get a new kibble every time I finished the pack. She did great with the Hills Science Diet Adult Hairball Control (ages 1-6) with occasional hairballs. She has medium length fur so I thought a hairball was inevitable but it would be easier to prevent anything and everything. My criterion was premium dry cat food for hairball control, so I went with this Blue Buffalo Indoor Hairball Control adult food. meant a new surprise somewhere on the floor. By increasing the ratio of new to old food I saw that she prefers BB food (her shape is different so you can see what she leaves behind in the food bowl). Maybe she's fed up with the old one (that's why I want to keep switching her food), but after a week of being completely on BB, she stopped throwing up hairballs. It could also just be coincidence as she has hairball phases but hasn't had hairballs for almost 5 months. Very happy with this feed! I will continue trying to refresh my cat's diet but I think I can rotate this regularly to keep her hairballs in check.
