The best part of working with QTS is that it's flexible, I enjoy having so many options when choosing my schedule or taking time off between shifts.

We do not have an automated system for scheduling like some companies; therefore there are times where you can be running late/ early depending upon how busy your day job allows (which makes me nervous sometimes). It would help if all employees were given access to this information in real-time as well! Other than those minor things which may seem small issues but really aren't too big at least by themselves - everything has been great thus far! Great benefits offered compared to any employer we've ever worked before!! Flexible hours make sure work balance stays healthy.
