They offer great customer service! I have dealt with them for over 10 years now (since my first build at their old HQ in Chicago) - never had an issue until this last year that they are working through right NOW!! It's almost impossible not be impressed by someone who treats you like family even if it means waiting days or weeks before getting your ticket resolved. Customer support has been so good throughout all of these issues we've faced together as business partners since day one; just awesome people doing what needs done when needed most. ! I like that it's easy for people to use and navigate. It makes it very easy to find what you need. I dislike how there are so many different options on each page. This can be confusing at times. There isn't much I don't like about this website. I would recommend this website to anyone who needs to host their website. It's easy to use and navigate.
