Great organization for new product launches

I love the fact that there is a team member in every state in the US. This is a very well run organization and they keep the lines of communication open with the FDA. This is a very professional organization and I believe that they are going to be a great help to us. There is nothing I dislike about them.

I think that they have been great for us. I am very pleased with them. I would highly recommend them to any pharmaceutical company looking for a FDA-cleared organization to help with the new product launch. We are able to track the steps of the FDA in a very organized manner.

Pros

The process was smooth as usual, because we dealt mostly only within their platform which made it easy to integrate all data into one place without having too many other platforms around! No down time from my end either amazing response times whenever needed during these days before launching such big products
