The software is easy to use. The system allows for a great overview of who is coming in and allows you to stay in contact with them. It is a great tool and allows you to have a large database of your visitors. We are able to send emails out to those who have visited us and allow us to have a record of who has been to our church. This makes it a lot easier for us to plan our services and know when we are able to have a special event. This software also allows us to see who has been to our services and who would be a good fit for our church. This allows us to target those who are more likely to come to our service and allow us to grow our church. I like that the software is easy to use and that it is integrated with our website, so that we don't have to use another software to do the follow-up. I also like that the software allows us to have a live chat with our guests. I dislike that the software doesn't have more features. I would like to be able to print out a list of guests or have an option to send guests emails. We are able to use this software to keep up with our guests and send them follow-up emails and texts.
