Review on Legal OS by Tres Carmon

Easy to use. Easy to understand. Great interface. Good search feature. Helpful for all the different aspects of a contract, especially the legal aspects. Good for managing a portfolio of contracts and a great tool for drafting contracts. I have a couple of suggestions. It would be great to have the ability to add comments to the contract and have an automated email sent out to the other party when you have a comment. It would also be great if you could add a custom date stamp to contracts. I use it for both contract agreements and drafting contracts.
