It is so easy to track a customer journey from their first interaction through all stages of sales funnel up till conversion! There are tons of integrations available for other tools like Hubspot or Marketo! The platform also has an excellent API which allows us integrate it into any 3rd party tool we use such as Slack or Salesforce. I don't have anything negative to share about this product at present time however there could be some improvements made to make it easier for new users who may not know how to navigate the system well yet. We're able to easily create different flows depending on our customers' needs by creating multiple types of journeys using this platform.
