This is a smooth product. It works perfectly as a signal blocking container and fits in my iPhone 7 with plenty of room. I believe it fits most, but the largest phones. I just want everyone I meet to have one of these if you want to have a conversation without wondering who else is overhearing you. Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they don't follow you. The velcro is REALLY strong, so much so that it's difficult to undo quickly (putting your finger under the valve seems to be the best method). The peace of mind far outweighs any minor inconvenience; This flap will NOT open accidentally. Aside from its intended use, I found it to be a decent wallet when my phone isn't in it; It can be folded in half and stowed in the back pocket. The good thing about using it as a wallet is that I always have a Faraday with me when I need to go offline. Time will tell whether or not the folding will damage the earplug that blocks the working signal.
