Good quality

Beautiful and durable quality. I bought a lightweight raincoat for my mule while camping. We've been in the shower before and I have a nice dry trailer and she needs to be outside on a wire and get wet. This will work well to keep them temporarily dry. It wasn't expensive and camp with a bag to carry.
