I really like ACG's customer service, their ability to learn quickly from what they need help with (and how), and that it is easy for them to understand my business needs as well! Their reporting products are also very user friendly so there isn't much more than liking this product itself :) The only thing about application consulting group i could see being an issue would be when you get larger clients or have multiple people working together at once - which can make communications difficult if everyone doesn’t speak English natively/ fluently ;) So far everything has been great but just having someone who knows your industry inside out will always give me peace of mind knowing we won‘ t miss anything important during implementation etc;.
