A: I think the "generate a product review" phrase implies that you're asking for a short piece of text about a specific product, rather than asking for a full-blown review. If that's the case, I'd say that these are all fine answers, although I think @Steve Hartsock's answer is better because he addresses both aspects of your question (the product itself, and how to write a review).
