Amazon Partner "Dinosaur Electronics" *is NOT* the same company as the manufacturer Dinosaur Electronics. I called customer service and they did not assist me because I did not purchase from an authorized retailer. The grumpy old man on the other end of the line was very harsh. I told him that his trademark and name had been misused by a company on Revain pretending to be his company and he didn't seem to understand. Keep this in mind. Board works great and has a great design. It's so easy to fix what I thought was a major repair problem for a 25 year old RV. But this amazing little board (and all their boards) is the "secret weapon" that lets you buy an old RV _CHEAP_. "Oh, the oven, kettle and fridge don't work? Oh. Too bad. It'll cost $1,000 to fix, drop the price" when the boards themselves are so cheap.
