I like that it automatically creates reports to send out if there is an issue with who has checked in/out or room status etc.. sometimes you have issues but are not sure what exactly happened so this helps keep track without needing someone else's assistance which can be tricky at times when dealing directly wtih employees (especially those overseas). The software itself could use some minor upgrades such as less pop ups! We were trying get our staffs better organized especially since we had people moving around all over campus each day - This helped us see where everyone was going most frequently allowing more efficient communication between multiple locations I like that you can see all of the information in one place and it is updated with the most recent data. The program is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate and has many features. There are some things that could be improved. For example, there is no way to search by date. Also, the layout needs to be more modernized. We use this program to keep track of our visitors and contractors. This allows us to know who is coming into our facility at what time and how long they spend here.
