It is easy to use, can be used in multiple languages, has many features that are customizable for any environment or business size. The support team is very helpful and responsive when needed. Sometimes it takes time for new updates/features to come out but they do take their work seriously with releasing important fixes quickly! Keep up the great work guys! We're looking at more integrations now like Workday and other platforms as well. Being able to pull data from our HR system (Deltix) into our Applicant tracking system (FireFish). This way we have access to all of our employees information within one place. Also being able to track resumes and applicants through each step of the process. From onboarding an applicant to finalizing employment offers.
