Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice good looking little device.

I wasn't expecting much for the asking price. It could play music from a TF/Micro SD card and looked good (my reason for getting it). All I wanted was to play background music while I slept at night and be aesthetically pleasing during the day. In addition, he satisfies my "needs". The sound quality didn't matter much as I won't wind it up. First impressions of its sound quality were pathetically awful. So much so that I wanted to send it back. BUT. I know from experience with audio devices and various audio devices; Loudspeakers need a "break-in" period. This time depends on the respective loudspeakers and/or their size. Since this device has a small driver, I decided what should give it several hours of playtime at a moderate volume. That was enough to relax the driver. Now it sounds pretty good for its size and capabilities. Overall not bad for a 5 watt speaker. I heard better, but I heard a lot more sound a lot worse. At first it sounded shallow, tinny and cheap, now it sounds much more open, powerful and full. It's by no means a high-tech device, so don't expect it to blow windows, but it's more than enough for those who just want a nice, decent little speaker. The instructions are easy to understand. Connecting via Bluetooth is very easy, the connection seems to stay strong for about 30 feet in an open area with no obstructions. The buttons are tactile, which makes clicking satisfying. Play music from a microSD card: no hissing, the device is surprisingly loud with no distortion. (the same applies to the AUX connection). Laid on its back, the speaker is powerful enough to vibrate, but standing upright on its two legs (which also act as suction cups on smooth surfaces) holds it in place much better. Also, it seems (to me at least) to "blend in" with its surroundings due to its form factor and aesthetics. Basically, unless you look at it directly on purpose and don't know what it is, you can mistake it for something else or not see it all together. Would you recommend this speaker? Yes. to all, who are in the market for a nice and sounding little device at an affordable price, who understand that a 5 watt speaker won't do much. the device works surprisingly loud without distortion.
