I like that it is very easy to use once you get used to how everything works. It can be confusing at first but if you stick around for awhile you will figure out all of its features fairly quickly! There are not many things about this software we dislike as far as what's available in other similar programs. We have been using HR Systems since they were known as Hireology before becoming an independent subsidiary of Monster Worldwide Inc., so there isn't much else I could say here. The best thing about hiring through them (aside from their excellent customer service) is being able to see who has viewed our jobs posted online or applied directly via phone interview/application. This helps us know which applicants may need more information regarding dates/times etc. If someone applies without having any experience listed under education then it makes me feel better knowing they're only applying because they want something.
