Review on Centercode by Brandon Rogers

I like that it's easy enough so people can use without any training or help from us as support staff. It has been very helpful with our clients who are new to using centercodes but have no idea where to start! We've also used it at times when we had problems getting data into our internal system of choice (Salesforce). The biggest problem was finding out how long old entries were stored once you closed them down. Our client base isn't huge yet - only about 50 employees right now - but this tool helps keep everyone informed quickly.
