The ability to connect seamlessly between our PBX and other telephony systems. The ability to have a single view of our customers, regardless of their location. And the ability to have an integrated call management system for the whole company. PBXMate does not have a lot of features. The customer support is lacking. The customer support team is very unresponsive and does not have a lot of knowledge about the product. We use PBXmate to connect our PBX with other systems. This allows us to have a single view of our customers regardless of their location. This also allows us to have a seamless experience when using any of our systems.
