I like that it's customizable to fit my needs as they change over time.

It also has some great features when you're working remotely or are traveling out of town. There aren't many things about this program but if there was one thing - maybe I would say make sure your computer can handle having multiple programs open at once because sometimes it lags after opening another window/tab and then closes down completely (even though nothing else changed). This helps me keep track of all our shifts so we know who works where each day.
