I like that they provide excellent customer service! The team is very knowledgeable about all aspects of PR including writing releases for social channels as well building relationships with key reporters in my industry (Finance).

They are also able build out custom packages tailored specifically towards each client's needs from pre-press outreach through post production/coverage management if requested by clients or internal teams after initial engagement period ends - which was not always done when working at other agencies previously where there would be no follow up beyond an email saying "thanks but we've moved".
