Judging by the reviews, humanity is divided strictly into those who have airpods in their ears that sit perfectly and those who do not have them at all. Ideally, you should find out this point before buying. I am a fan of earbuds, and there are not many of them on the wired market now. On wireless, the choice will be between AirPods and their clones, which either practically do not differ in price or are cheap, but with a full bunch of glitches and problems. It took a very long time to decide, but it was worth it. Before that, there was a bunch of Sony SBH20 + Senheiser MX170 for a long time, but they got the wires. If the senshi made earbuds based on the MX170 true wireless, I would take it for any money, but they only have earplugs and invoices, alas.
- Absolutely wireless earbuds (not ear plugs!). Fast connection with devices (win 8 on laptop, win 10 on desktop, android on xiaomi 4x, Samsung TV). Communication through two panel walls + furniture and kitchen appliances - no problem at all. In headset mode, they work 2.5-3 hours non-stop (PC, Skype) And you can use only one ear, which gives up to 6 hours WITHOUT recharging from the case. In the mode of listening to music - at least 4 hours in one go for sure. Gestures WORK on Android (set up double taps on a friend's apple tablet). They don’t fall out for me (scooter, walking, elliptical), My husband with much larger ears took it for a run test - he was surprised to admit that they don’t fall out either.
- Communication with a PC sometimes requires additional. actions (switch on, put in the case and take it out again). But this may be on the side of Windows and drivers, with Sony's previous headset, they had to shaman in the same way. Gestures on Windows did not work for me, but no one promised. There are various apps for android, but in the end I left the simplest charge indicator. Autopause by "ear sensor" does not work normally in any application and / or eats a battery. In some places it was possible to reassign the tap, but it's easier to ask a friend with an iPhone / pad once. What I did not like at all was the feeling of smooth plastic in my ears. I decided with cheap ear pads from my old zenheisers - it’s more pleasant and familiar, and the charging case closes perfectly with them. Then I bought another pack on Ali in reserve. If the "ear sensor" is important to anyone, then they sell specially "bagels", but the usual solid 15mm are suitable.
