Easy integration with Social CRM tool as well as Zapier integrations! I have been using this software since early 2016 and it's one of my favorites out there. The team is always there when needed and the support is really awesome. There are some minor UI issues but nothing major in terms of design or functionality. Just go ahead and buy it! It will be worth your time. We're solving our media relations/media buying problems by creating customized marketing content for our clients. I like that the platform is very intuitive and easy to use. And the fact that you can share your press kit with journalists from around the world. I don’t think that there is anything I dislike. I like the way that I can manage my PressKitHero account from anywhere in the world. And I can also share my PressKitHero link with journalists. I also like the way that I can edit and manage my press kit.
