Great System with Excellent Customer Service
The best part about Pinnacle is the ease of use. The system is extremely user friendly and the training is very thorough. The support team is also very helpful. I have not found anything I dislike about this product. The system is very easy to use and is very intuitive. I have been able to implement this system on multiple locations and have had very little issues. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking for a easy to use and intuitive system. I am able to use this system to keep track of my accounts and invoices as well as keep track of my inventory.
Pros
- This software has helped me tremendously in keeping up with all aspects regarding our business while remaining efficient by managing time efficiently among other things which we can't even think off right now! It makes everything so much easier than manually doing it over again every day or week instead you just do one thing once per year when tax season comes around then let's go back into
