I like that they are flexible with their service offerings in order to fit our needs as well as those of my clients' businesses. They have been able to solve all kinds of problems from being too small or large at times. There is no one person you can always go through when having questions regarding your account/service issues. Sometimes it takes days before someone will respond back to an email inquiry. We don't use them now but we did several years ago so maybe things have changed? If you need reliable help managing trash then this team has got what's needed! The main thing was solving the issue related to not enough space available within our building limits (we were looking into purchasing more land).
